We provide leadership development, team development, and HR consulting services. Specific scope and deliverables will be agreed upon prior to engagement.

 

Payments  
All services must be paid in full or as agreed prior to delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Scheduling  
Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions through our booking system or agreed communication method.

 

Intellectual Property  
All materials provided during coaching or consulting engagements remain the property of P.O.P.’s Leadership Consulting LLC unless otherwise agreed.

 

No Guarantees  
We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee specific business or personal outcomes.

 

Limitation of Liability  
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

 

Changes to Terms  
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
