Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy  
Effective Date: 1 January 2026

Coaching & Consulting Sessions  
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

 

No-Shows  
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of that session.

 

Packages & Retainers  
- Refunds for multi-session packages or retainers are not guaranteed once services begin.
- Partial refunds may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

 

Workshops & Group Sessions  
Refunds for workshops or group sessions must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.

 

Exceptions  
All exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
