About

Jamie Price is a Human Resources executive and leadership strategist with over 25 years of experience building high-performing organizations through disciplined people strategy, workforce alignment, and leadership development.

A U.S. Army veteran and former Commandant (Director of Learning & Development equivalent), Jamie led enterprise-level leadership development operations, developing more than 2,300 leaders annually while overseeing faculty development, curriculum governance, and large-scale training systems.

His experience spans military, state government, financial services, and consulting—giving him a unique ability to translate leadership theory into practical execution across complex organizations.

As an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, Jamie implemented coaching and performance systems that improved compliance from 56% to 89% and increased customer satisfaction by 12% within six months. In state government, he led operational transformation efforts that reduced processing timelines by over 70% while exceeding revenue projections by more than $2M across two quarters.

Today, as the founder of P.O.P.’s Leadership Consulting, Jamie serves as a Human Resources Consultant and fractional CHRO, helping organizations assess workforce capability, design scalable operating models, and align talent strategy with business growth.

He has advised organizations on workforce structure, onboarding systems, and leadership alignment—enabling clearer roles, faster integration, and stronger execution across teams.
